    About The Role

    Seedrid is hiring a product manager to guide our development of our enterprise software that enables our world class materials management solutions. This individual will work closely with our sales teams, customers, engineering and support organizations to define and continuously refine the requirements needed to deliver a world-class, highly differentiated and innovative automated software solution. A comprehensive understanding of the market and competitive landscape will be critical to success in this role.

    Responsibilities Include:
    • Understanding customer needs for software solutions to manage and control automated material workflow solutions.
    • Researching and sharing an understanding of the enterprise software ecosystems.
    • Documenting and maintaining the requirements for development of software systems.
    • Gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
    • Managing the lifecycle of software, from conception to end of life.
    • Defining interoperability with control systems and other interconnected functions.
    • Organizing the appropriate API structures to provide consistent and predictable standards based controls.
    • Define security needs and controls.
    • Work with others to define solutions for on-prem, virtualized and cloud based systems.
    Required Qualifications:
    • BS in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent industry experience.
    • Experience in defining complex enterprise software systems.
    • Effective communication to identify and articulate definitions to team members.
    • 3+ years of experience in product management.
    • Experience in the design and development of software solutions.
    • Proven history of defining scalable and security software systems.
    Desirable Qualifications:
    • Experience in material handling workflow design and implementation.
    • Understanding of complex system interactions.
    • Experience with integrating with warehouse and material management software solutions
    • Agile workflow experience, along with a history of CI/CD and Devops mindset.
    • Familiarity with emerging AMR interoperability standards such as VDA5050 and MassRobotics.
    • Experience with evaluating and interacting with open source frameworks.
    • Understanding of cloud infrastructure, and cloud based data systems.
