    LOCATION: LAKE WORTH, FL

    As Technical-Link North America enters its 12th year in operation, our company has become one of the fastest growing operations in the high-tech staffing services industry. Progress of that magnitude is thanks in part to our commitment in building both a strong sales and management program that promotes limitless growth in both income and career opportunities.

    As an Account Representative, Technical-Link North America will provide you with its industry-leading training program that will give you the tools and insight you'll need to identify and develop relationships within the high-tech engineering industry. Our Sales team is the lifeblood of our business, it powers our ability to provide best- in-class service to our high-tech clients, and now we're looking for talented individuals to join the team.

    The Account Representative will be responsible for taking part in our training program and supporting the organization's business objectives by sourcing, interviewing, evaluating, and placing high-tech engineers to work at our client sites across the US and Canada. The Account Manager will become the internal staffing expert by effectively building relationships and production to grow a strong base of clients.

    Account Representative Responsibilities

    · Attend training meetings to become a subject matter expert in the High-Tech staffing industry

    · Call into the marketplace to identify High Tech Engineering client managers who use temporary contract employees. This includes cold-calling, following up on leads, networking and other techniques

    · Develop a professional relationship with our existing clients

    · Track openings and submittals to appropriate assignments

    Account Representative Qualifications

    · Excellent work ethic

    · Strong communication skills

    · Bachelor's degree preferred but not required

    · Strategic thinking & ability to execute results

    · Determination to achieve objectives

    · Ability to overcome objections

    · Adaptability and flexibility to support the organization's growth
