We are looking for Machine Operators!

We are currently seeking Machine Operators for a client in Bartlett, IL. As a Machine Operator, your main task will be to operate production equipment to create finished products.

We value our team members and offer competitive compensation of $17.85/hr for temp to hire employees. Additionally, we provide a benefits package that includes health insurance (medical, dental, vision) and offer generous referral bonuses upon hire.

Available shifts include 2nd shift from 1:00pm-9:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities:

Prepare machine for production
Safely operate equipment to ensure quality products are produced
Read job specifications and previous run data to make necessary machine adjustments
Conduct quality testing on products
Monitor machine operation for defects and make corrections

Qualifications:

Comfortable in a cold environment
Previous experience as a machine operator
Willing to work in a food quality environment
Seeking a long-term position
