Hourly Rate:
$30 per hour

Location:
Remote (for a new house cleaning business in Houston)

Working Hours:

• Monday
• Friday: 9am 7pm
• Overtime available on weekends

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

• Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
• Reschedule bookings as needed and ensure customers are informed.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous service.

Sales and Booking Management:

• Manage and convert new leads to achieve sales targets.
• Assign new bookings to cleaners and ensure timely followup.
• Target 1020 bookings per week.

Administrative Tasks:

• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities.
• Provide regular updates on sales and customer service performance.

Compensation and Benefits:

Base Hourly Rate: $25 per hour

Commission: $15 per booking

Monthly Bonus: $500 for achieving 50 new bookings in a month

Profit Sharing: 10% of company profits at the end of each month


Requirements:

• Own computer and headset with a reliable, highspeed internet connection.
• Proven experience in customer service and sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work setting.
• Highly motivated individual with a passion for driving business growth.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the cleaning or service industry.
• Familiarity with CRM software and online sales tools.
• Strong problemsolving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay:
$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50 per week
