As a dedicated Hospital & Specialty Care Representative, you will be responsible for implementing the clients' go-to-market strategy by delivering sales presentations to a defined list of current and potential customers, both in person and remotely.

In your assigned territory, you will engage with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and pharmacists in the Specialty Care and Hospital setting, using customized materials designed for each audience.

You will also plan and organize activities to ensure consistent coverage of the territory according to a predetermined plan. Your efforts will result in increased business activity for the client.


Responsibilities

  • Ensure that HCPs and pharmacists receive the appropriate message through the most effective channel at the right time
  • Implement and execute marketing and sales strategies in compliance with regulations to achieve territory promotional objectives
  • Meet contract performance goals and objectives for your assigned geographical area, as outlined in the client agreement
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the products being promoted
  • Conduct pre and postcall analysis for each interaction
  • Develop thorough and accurate sales presentations using all available marketing and sales materials

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical sales
  • Familiarity with both inperson and remote edetailing is preferred
  • Skilled in negotiation
  • Proficient in using technology
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent presentation and sales abilities
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize
