Infrastructure Support Analyst Location:
Charlotte, NC (Hybrid schedule)
Duration: 12+
Months Role Type:
W2 contract engagement Shift schedule: Hours: 6am-6pm (12 hr shifts)
Rotating Shift Days Hybrid:
onsite days are Tuesday and Thursdays- would need to be onsite for whichever of those the shift falls on
Top Skills:
Basic infrastructure experience/skills Windows server experience
Provide tier 2 monitoring and support for both Enterprise Infrastructure environments (Client Server, Windows, Linux, Storage, Citrix, IIS, Web/Middleware) and Enterprise Batch Level Support (UAC, IzWS, or other monitoring platforms).
Setup/modify, monitor, and track the client server production batch job flows. Perform Server Reboots or system restarts (IPL) as needed. Provide support internally for any technical issues requiring escalation. Participates on projects teams to provide support and consultation as needed. Assist with monthly patch deployments. Participates in ongoing cross-training of technical and process knowledge. Review and complete incident, work order, eRequired Qualifications:
