An experienced technician will handle support primarily via ticketing system, telephone, and chat.


    Responsibilities:


    Acts as the brand advocate for all customersDirectly interacts with our valued customers dailyMaintains the highest level of professionalism while managing sensitive client and customer detailsDemonstrates empathy while providing thoughtful and prompt responsesFollows up frequently with customers throughout while working to resolve ticket requestResearch customer solutions and escalate situations when neededUse of Zendesk or other support platformsStrives to exceed volume and quality goalsAssist with side projects as needed Qualifications:2-4 years customer-centric industry experience, preferably with customer service experience1 year support experience in CDL POS applications (Oracle/Micros/Symphony) strongly preferredCommunicate openly and respectfully with teammates, clients and customersReliable and accountable - adhere to a consistent work scheduleAccept ownership over your quality of work and take initiative to keep movingGood problem solving skills and clearly explaining solutionsThrive in a face paced, high volume environmentStrong communication skills - interpersonal and written with keen attention to detailStrong computer skills and typing, high level of comfort in web-based applicationsBasic Microsoft Office skillsBachelor's degree preferred but not required or equivalent experience Apply to Compass Group todayClick here to Learn More about the Compass StoryCompass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
