The Deutsche Rentenversicherung Rheinland is a statutory pension insurance provider in Germany with approximately 3800 employees in the main administration in Düsseldorf, 12 regional service centers in the Düsseldorf and Cologne government districts, and six rehabilitation clinics.


For our IT service provider, Deutsche Rentenversicherung Nord Ost West Informationstechnik GmbH (NOW IT GmbH), the Deutsche Rentenversicherung Rheinland in the Infrastructure Services department at the Düsseldorf location is seeking a specialist in document workflow (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

The KC Archive is responsible for operating the ECM systems for providing electronic documents.

Furthermore, within the scope of document digitization, the support and administration of the software components used in the scanning centers is ensured.


The tasks include in particular:

  • Analysis and determination of architecture principles and models for the platforms to be operated in the areas of electronic archiving, printing, and technical data flows
  • Design and planning of a document hub and corresponding monitoring
  • Coordination of the involved committees, subsystems, work and project groups at the federal level
  • Conceptual responsibility for the provided special solutions in the application area and quality assurance during the life cycle of these solutions
  • Creation of analyses, forecasts, and innovative concepts to ensure optimal use of the infrastructure components used
  • Identification and analysis of trends, models, and prototypes of IT processes and infrastructure components
  • Consultation with the KC management for resource planning in connection with EMC and
