We are seeking a skilled Admissions & Marketing Director to oversee the admissions and marketing operations of Puller Veterans Care Center.

• The Director of Admissions & Marketing is responsible for the organization, supervision, and administration of admission and marketing staff to include sound planning, directing of workforce, controlling costs, and maintaining organizational relationships
• The Director of Admissions & Marketing is responsible for growing sales by obtaining new admissions and meeting proper payer mix goals through building and developing external businesses leads and relationships
• Will serve as a contact for all post admissions

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in marketing, business, financial management or related field or equivalent
• Must have considerable experience working in sales and marketing
• Considerable knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, service demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems
• Must have excellent clinical knowledge regarding services, which may be provided in a skilled nursing care/rehabilitation facility
• Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service and personal services. This includes customer service needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services and evaluation of customer satisfaction
• Excellent communication skills and ability to complete tasks in an efficient / timely manner
