Duties:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Manage reservations and checkins for guests
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the organization
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and project coordination
- Coordinate events and meetings as needed
Experience:
- Proven experience in customer service or related field
- Familiarity with medical receptionist or dental receptionist duties is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in using office equipment such as printers, copiers, and phone systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
