- Lead complex enterprise transformation and change management programs and projects, applying leading practices and tools to achieve desired results, serving as advisor and consultant across various company initiatives.
- Guide the development of change strategies and methodologies for enterprise activation.
- Recommend change and organizational design solutions, including but not limited to team alignment and development sessions, competency development, behavioral assessments (360 and other), and new leader assimilations to create and sustain a productive and engaged working environment.
- Recommend, measure, and innovate enterprise change management methodologies, services, and tools to drive continuous improvement.
- Analyzes and anticipates business challenges and complexities and their potential implication with the transformation and change management portfolio of efforts to guide a mitigation plan.
- Facilitate organizational needs assessment, leveraging research-based methodologies and practices to more closely align recommendations with strategic capabilities and key operational goals.
- Advisor to senior business leaders, HR leadership, and other internal groups (globally across levels) in the design and delivery of change strategies, methodologies, and solutions.
- Partner with key groups that support the delivery of change management efforts, including Internal Communications and Learning & Development teams.
- Manage enterprise-wide workstreams and efforts within a transformational change program, ensuring integration with related projects. Includes day-to-day management of external resources (e.g., contractors) as needed with program strategy alignment, development, and execution.
- Anticipates and balances the needs of multiple stakeholders, considering senior leadership/executive point of view with company objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in industrial psychology, human resources, business, or other related field.
- Comprehensive job-related experience in organizational change, learning, communication, and talent management.
- Experience supervising or directing the work of others (internal or external) to achieve specific results within limited timeframes.
- Executive coaching certification and/or demonstrated senior leader/executive coaching experience preferred.
- Change Management Certification - CCMP, PROSCI, or similar.
- Experience building relationships with senior leaders/executives across a multi-dimensional matrix and global environment.
- Makes sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems, separating root causes from symptoms.
- Operates effectively, even when things are not certain or the way forward is not clear. Seeks to resolve ambiguity and make progress, responding with appropriate composure and effectiveness.
- Works with minimal supervision and provides guidance when required while applying a change mindset to the planning, execution, and monitoring of business activities during times of change.
- Strong leadership skills, including a history of increasing leadership responsibility and career growth in process improvement.
- History of mentoring and leading others with the capability building and application of organizational change management methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability as a trusted advisor with leaders across levels, with excellent communication skills.
- Applies a structured change leadership approach and methodology for the people side of change impacted by projects and change efforts, leveraging situational awareness of change.

The Manager of transformation will serve as a key member of the Transformation team, building change management capability, including the adoption of leading practices. This role will lead change management efforts for key strategic initiatives while working to grow overall change capability throughout the organization.
As an advisor to senior leaders across the business, the Manager of Transformation secures the alignment of change management efforts with the company strategy and identifies how to integrate efforts into existing business activities-clearly drawing out the value-added service and impact on enterprise and brand initiatives. Includes formulating meaningful relationships across the business to build advocacy and adoption.
