Duties and responsibilities
Complete required onboarding and training and participate in team communications
- Clear background check and complete required credentialing as necessary
- Complete MindRight Health CSS Training
- Participate in CSS checkins
- Respond to MindRight Health communications outside of shifts for updates
- Aggressively monitor chats between coaches and members as they unfold
- Proactively support coaches by reviewing, assessing, and providing feedback on conversations
- Ensure that shifts end on time and that the recommendations, and notes sections are updated accordingly to ensure continuity of care for members
- Provide crisis deescalation and stabilization in realtime to members as needed, drawing from best practices. May involve phone/voice calls with the member and/or Director of Coaching, the member's emergency contact, partner, school, healthcare plan, and/or other service providers the member is already seeing

Requirements:

Must be licensed as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) at the independent level in the District of Columbia:
- 3+ years field or work experience supporting members in historically marginalized communities
- If licensed in DC, preference for credentialed provider with AmeriHealth Caritas (DC)

Compensation
The CSS role is an independent contractor role, paid hourly at $50 per hour.
