    What does a typical day look like for an IT Support Specialist:

    • Offer technical assistance to users through troubleshooting and research
    • Assist clients in issue resolution and improve customer satisfaction
    • Enhance system performance and processes through problem identification and recommendations
    • Stay updated on industry knowledge through educational opportunities
    • Document and maintain client resources

    Is this the right role for you:

    • Preferably hold an Associates or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field - Diploma or GED required
    • 1-2 years of experience desirable but not mandatory
    • Demonstrate self-motivation and strong work ethic
    • Ability to adhere to strict timelines
    • Show independence and efficiency post-training
    • Seek guidance when faced with unfamiliar challenges
    • Effectively communicate with team members for conflict resolution and progress updates

    Shift Availability:

    • SHIFT B: 5:45 PM to 6:15 AM (Sun, Mon, Tues, and alternate Sat)
    • SHIFT D: 5:45 PM to 6:15 AM (Weds, Thurs, Fri, and alternate Sat)
