- Works on tickets in the order established by the Dispatcher.
- Prepares hardware according to TechMD standards to minimize customer downtime.
- Efficiently resolves Tier 1 issues onsite.
- Communicates effectively with team members to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Collaborates with teammates and clients to convey essential information.
- Adheres to all Standard Operating Procedures set by TechMD.
- Performs additional duties as assigned by the Technical Team Lead.
- Follows the development plan provided by leadership.
- Documents and updates infrastructure changes appropriately.
- Participates in on-call rotation as required.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Entry-level understanding of business systems and networking.
- Recommended Entry-level certification (e.g., A+, Net+, CCENT).
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong verbal and telephone communication abilities.
- Team player with effective collaboration skills.
- Capable of working independently.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation.
