Employee (m/f/d) Technical Support / Application Support

Join our team in the Social Security business unit full-time at our location in Herten in the heart of the Ruhr area - and make progress with the market leader for municipal IT solutions

Your job will include...

  • You support the DevOps engineers of our operations team with problems in using our latest software at the interface to the technical support team
  • You process tickets with the aim of identifying and resolving situations that could hinder operations at an early stage
  • You work closely with the technical 2nd level support and ensure smooth communication
  • You classify incoming customer inquiries and, where possible, provide immediate independent solutions and/or create meaningful documentation
  • You prepare complex issues for analysis independently and in cooperation
