Description
Previous experience working knowledge of analytical instrumentation and sampling systems to include:

  • Gas chromatographs, IR analyzers, paramagnetic O2 analyzers, pH analyzers, etc.
  • Fundamentals of electronic and electrical systems
  • Troubleshooting/Root Cause Analysis
  • Fundamental Computer Skills, previous experience with SAP preferred
  • Must be able to communicate verbally and written in the English language
  • Must have or be able to obtain a TWIC Card
  • 5+ years experience in Instrumentation with 2+ years specific to analyzers strongly preferred.
Tasks/Responsibilities

Inspect, calibrate, install and maintain process analyzer equipment used for process measurement and control in Manufacturing Units

Maintain proper maintenance records

Perform process analyzer troubleshooting

Communicate status of equipment with operations, maintenance, and technical teams

Willing to cross train with Instrument Techs to increase related plant support

Perform other job duties as assigned

Position will require the ability to work overtime, and weekends as needed
