About the Role


The Learning Enablement Analyst (LEA) manages needs analysis in preparation for developing performance support-related content products for business operations as well as Learning and Development (L&D) teams.


The LEA drives improved job performance for supported operations business teams through analysis of complex, technical workflows where the imperative is to develop "point-of-need" knowledge management (KM) for shipper and carrier service center employees delivered through digital knowledge base (KB) libraries, digital adoption platforms (DAPs), and/or learning management systems (LMSs).


The LEA also collaborates with L&D and business operations stakeholders to identify and deliver appropriate Learning Technology utilization strategies across the enterprise (via DAP and/or LMS).


  • Create highquality, errorfree support copy across multiple channels, including standard operating procedures, digital adoption platform content, and internal knowledge base articles
  • Effectively manage and prioritize a steady stream of content requests with short, frequently changing timelines
  • Learn and master multiple knowledge base and content management tools
  • Assist with ongoing largescale content audits to ensure adherence to proper tone and style guidelines
  • Work crossfunctionally to ensure all content adheres to legal, brand, and support tone/voice guidelines
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve content management tools, workflows, and processes

Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of content creation, writing, and editorial experience in a professional role, preferably in a digital/tech environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
  • 23 years of experience writing or editing copy in a professional environment for internal and external users (and the ability to know the difference)
  • 23 years of experience developing support content
  • Proficient experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with digital adoption platforms, e.g. Spekit or WalkMe
  • Flexible to work cross functionally with other departments
  • Experience working in a highly detailoriented environment, demonstrating a high degree of diligence and accountability to meet deadlines
