In this key role, you'll play a pivotal part in creating a welcoming and successful community for residents. WHAT YOU'LL DO
    • Oversee all aspects of community operations, ensuring a smooth-running and resident-centric environment.
    • Lead and motivate the on-site team, fostering a positive, productive work atmosphere built on the company's mission statement, policies, and procedures.
    • Manage the property's operating budget, prioritizing cost-effectiveness while maintaining the physical asset and delivering exceptional customer service.
    • Implement strategies to increase cash flow and achieve financial goals, all while balancing the budget.
    • Ensure the property adheres to all relevant regulatory requirements.
    WHAT IT TAKES
    • Experience with affordable housing programs and compliance: i.e. Tax Credit (LIHTC), Project-Based Subsidy, HOME, 811, Elderly, Family, etc
    • A passion for building relationships and fostering a strong sense of community.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
    • Budget management expertise and a keen eye for detail.
    • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
    • Strong understanding of fair housing laws and relevant regulations.
