Description
Le Parfait Paris in San Diego, CA is looking for a baker to join our strong team. We are located on 4564 Alvarado Canyon Road Suite G. We are an authentic French Bakery and Pastry Company. We make absolutely everything from scratch and fresh everyday.

We do have opportunity to grow within the company

Full Time:

*shifts from 8am to 5:30pm *2 days off in a row *POSITION AVAILABLE NOW *Free parking


Responsibilities
*Assisting in the croissant and bread production department *Follow recipes *Laminate from scratch croissant dough *Roll, knead, cut, or shape dough to form baguettes, loafs, croissants, cookies, danishes... *Set oven temperatures and monitor or modify as needed *Clean and sanitize workstation and equipment


Qualifications
*At Least 2 years of relevant PROFESSIONAL experience *Attention to detail in all aspects of baking *Dedicated to working as a team towards one goal
