This position is responsible largely for Painting, Drywall, and general labor/handyman work for the properties we manage throughout the Upper Valley.

Strong candidates will bring a full range of knowledge, including but not limited to general carpentry/handyman skills, minor electrical, minor plumbing, painting, and drywall work.

The position will be responsible for the timely and professional completion of tasks to the standards of our organization, and the accurate and prompt documentation of such work.
