- Assist in preparing surfaces for painting, including sanding, grinding, washing, and cleaning.
- Help with applying body filler and other materials for equipment repair.
- Participate in masking and taping off areas not intended for painting.
- Use rattle cans and occasionally pressure pots to perform touch-up painting.
- Clean paint guns and overspray, replace filters, grease pin holes, hang small parts from paint hanger, and perform other tasks as needed.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Assist team members with various tasks as needed.
- Learn and adapt to the painting techniques used in the industry.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. frequently.
- Must be able to work on feet for extended periods of time.
- Enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
- No prior experience required, though any painting or related experience is a plus.
- Minimal Travel required.
