Job Description (Front/Back Office Duties)

• Answer phones
• Verify Insurance
• Patient Intakes
• Schedule appts & collect copays
• Set patients up on Rehab

- and much more which you will be trained on


Our Hours
M-W: 8:30-12, 2:30-7pm

T/Th: 2:30-7pm

F: 8:30-12pm, (2:30-6pm at our second location)

With our office hours that average about 25-30 hours/week with at least 2 half days, you will have the opportunity to take care of personal appointments and family obligations while also maybe enjoying the chance to volunteer in your child's classroom or even pick them up from school yourself.
