Objectives of this Role

• Design and implement company branding with successful marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with the internal team on creative direction and branding cohesiveness
• Identify and analyze competitors
• Prepare marketing materials by collecting and analyzing sales data
• Assist in onboarding of new brokers (creation of digital accounts, business cards, and postcards)
• Assist in training and coaching brokers with strategies and marketing tools
• Assist in coordination and promotion of company events/ meetings
• Social media design, writing, posting and analysis
• Listing data entry and database marketing tasks
• Fulfill marketing request orders from brokers (various items and materials)

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Assistant or similar role
• Experience and knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with SEO/SEM campaigns
• Solid computer skills, including MS Office, Google Business Workspace and web analytics
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Pay:
$ $22.00 per hour
