The Theresien Hospital and Diako form a strong network of Christian hospitals in Mannheim. In 2023, they were merged into a joint company, offering comprehensive and high-quality medical care. Both hospitals are part of the BBT Group, headquartered in Koblenz.

With around 100 facilities, over employees, and approximately 900 trainees, the BBT Group is one of the largest Christian providers of hospitals and social institutions in Germany.

As academic teaching hospitals of the Medical Faculty Mannheim at the University of Heidelberg with central care level and 12 departments, we are committed to the health of our patients.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced HR specialist (m/f/d) in full-time. The HR department serves as an internal service provider for a total of 2,400 employees in both hospitals.

Your responsibilities include:
Supporting and assisting the team with payroll accounting (KIDICAP / Personal Office and roster program ATOSS) Consulting and supporting managers and employees in basic HR matters Collaboration on questions of working time management Participation in HR controlling (preparation of personnel requirement assessments, personnel cost projections, as well as evaluations/personnel statistics for the economic plan) Participation in and implementation of HR projects, as well as shaping and supporting change processes
