Your responsibilities

  • Your responsibilities include the regional support of independent brokers as well as brokers of our cooperation partners (primary insurers)
  • You take care of and develop the regionally assigned accounts in the greater Berlin area
  • You are responsible for planning and creatively accompanying joint activities and sales promotion measures
  • As a B2B sales manager, you take on the responsibility for measures regarding our production development

Your profile

  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship, ideally as an insurance and finance clerk or insurance specialist
  • You are a success-oriented sales professional with experience in acquiring and supporting independent brokers or cooperation partners
  • You have knowledge of the sales area of the greater Berlin area and the sales partners located there
  • You are open to adapting acquired experience and learned knowledge, and are open to new ideas and changes
  • You are able to approach people openly and inspire them with your ideas
