    Full-time Physical Therapist
    Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy - Outpatient Orthopedic We are located in Charlottesville, VA in Albermarle County. We are in the Pantops area. Our Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy Charlottesville location is near Luxor Road, adjacent to Chik-Fil-A. Base Salary: $75,000 to $95,000/year *Please note this range does not include clinician bonus plan, CEU funds, 401k match, residency tuition, sign-on bonus, student loan repayment, or any other monetary benefits. Specialized Occupational Therapy (OT): We offer specialized OT services focusing on neurological conditions, allowing for seamless multidisciplinary care alongside our PT services. Our team is dedicated to providing personalized care tailored to each patient's specific needs. Comprehensive Services: Our dedicated staff provides a wide range of services, including vestibular rehabilitation, dry needling, LSVT Big, and blood flow restriction therapy. We prioritize delivering exceptional patient experiences through our comprehensive and tailored approach to care. Outstanding Reputation: With a stellar Google rating of 5.0 stars, our clinic has earned acclaim for delivering exceptional patient experiences and outcomes. Productivity Expectations: We maintain a productivity expectation of 11 patients per day, with opportunities for incentive bonuses based on additional visits.     What You Will Need:
    • Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Progra
    • Proof of current or pending state licensure as a Physical Therapist in respective state
    • For New Grads: Must be ready to sit for the NPTE in the next 3-5 months

    • An appetite for continuous learning and growth
