Your responsibilities:

Together with your team, you ensure a wellmaintained branch and a successful shopping experience for our customers
Whether it's stocking and presenting merchandise, baking, or operating the cash register, you are always ready to lend a hand and give your full effort
You support the branch manager by leading shifts, coordinating tasks, and implementing our branch concepts
Additionally, you take on tasks such as inventory management, cleaning, and organizing the storage area

Your profile:

Experience in retail or a similar industry, with (ideally) some previous leadership experience, such as shift management
Team player with a strong sense of responsibility and a passion for inspiring and motivating others
Fast and efficient work style
Reliability and willingness to work flexible shifts

Your benefits:

Aboveaverage starting wage of €14.00/hour (even without a completed vocational training) plus vacation and Christmas bonuses
Paid overtime based on precise time tracking
Permanent employment contract and 6 weeks of vacation per year
Additional benefits according to collective bargaining agreement
