    Randstad is collaborating with a company in Bloomington for a position as a Second Shift Team Lead. 

    The shift runs from Monday to Friday, from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM.

    The hourly pay rate falls within the range of $23 to $25, depending on experience.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Supervising the assignments and ensuring the proper completion of tasks by employees within a specific work group (e.g., inspection, general warehouse, material handling, etc.).

    • Setting a great example, maintaining organization, and upholding excellent housekeeping practices in all areas.

    • Ensuring that all employees adhere to safety protocols and company health and safety regulations.

    • Coordinating the start-up and end-of-shift activities, including cleanup or other necessary tasks.

    • Making sure the required tools and materials are readily available for job completion.

    • Providing on-the-job training for new work instructions when needed.

    • Offering feedback to Supervisors or Managers on performance matters.

    • Immediately reporting any accidents or incidents to a supervisor.

    • Informing Supervisors or Managers of any policy or procedure violations.

    • Participating in and adhering to all health and safety initiatives and requirements.
