To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a dedicated full-time employee as

Technical Clerk Fleet Management (m/f/d)

Your future tasks:

  • Monitoring of expiration dates
  • Obtaining and ordering materials as agreed
  • Control and coordination of repair orders and maintenance
  • Receipt, processing and handling of damage reports
  • Issuing work clothing and equipment
  • Liaison between fleet management and workshop manager

What we expect from you:

  • Successfully completed commercial training
  • Good MS Office skills, especially Excel
  • Proficiency in German language, both written and spoken
  • Independent, structured and accurate way of working
  • Initiative, team spirit and sense of responsibility
  • High service orientation and enjoyment of working with people
  • Technical understanding
