    About Us

    Our client is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join their product engineering team. You will be part of a small team of 3-5 engineers, focused on delivering mission-critical capabilities to those who serve our nation. Collaborating closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Mission Engineers, you will help define the product and technical direction for our clients offerings.

    Role Overview

    As a senior engineer, you will take ownership of delivering transformative capabilities. You will make key technical decisions and establish best practices for your team. You will have the opportunity to develop applications utilizing state-of-the-art tools in Machine Learning and AI to address mission-critical workflows.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Implement new features and user interfaces.
    • Architect efficient and reusable front-end systems for complex web applications in performance-constrained environments.
    • Collaborate with Designers, Product Managers, Mission Engineers, and Software Engineers to create compelling user-facing products.
    • Own and ship significant features and architectural changes in collaboration with junior developers.
    • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to peers.

    Qualifications

    • 4+ years of software development experience building user-facing products, with strong proficiency in JavaScript.
    • 4+ years of experience developing responsive and performant web UIs, with expertise in front-end frameworks like React.
    • 2+ years of full stack development experience, including familiarity with relational databases
    • Demonstrated knowledge of tools and best practices for testing web applications.
    • U.S. residency or citizenship is required.

    Compensation

    • Salary range: $175,000 - $215,000 + equity + 401K match
    • Individual pay determined by experience, relevant education, and/or training
