- 5+ years of experience in documenting requirements using various techniques, including Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) for business process flows, capability and feature descriptions, business use cases, and visual and textual techniques
- 5+ years of experience with delivering solutions using Agile SAFe framework
- 5+ years of experience in leveraging requirements elicitation methods, including focus groups, white-boarding, surveys, or questionnaires to conduct business research and interviews in support of business capabilities and features
- 3+ years of experience with Design Thinking customer-centric development processes and leading Customer Journey Mapping sessions with business stakeholders to define business optimization opportunities
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with developing and presenting BA materials to different audiences, including technical stakeholders or business stakeholders
- Experience with Enterprise Architecture (EA) modeling and visualization tools, including Visio, Tableau, and PowerPoint
- Experience in working with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and the legacy systems
- Experience with designing, configuring, and building processes in Pega, including shared frameworks
- Experience with architecting shared data, framework, and UI components and delivering solutions using Agile SAFe framework
- Knowledge of Engineering Lifecycle Management (ELM) tools, including the IBM Rational Suite or JIRA
- Knowledge of out of box functionality and Pega implementation best practices

Have strong expertise in business process modeling, enterprise architecture, and partnering with stakeholders to document and communicate business functionality, including both technical and business stakeholders. Develop Business Architecture (BA) deliverables, including process flows, use cases, and present current state and target state architecture. Analyze information technology (IT) requirements in business processes, through requirements elicitation, solutions identification, risk analysis, and collaboration across (IT) teams. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172, annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
