Who we are looking for
We are currently seeking an experienced employee for the Client & Depository Service department in Frankfurt to manage both fund assets and associated control tasks, as well as act as a client service contact for our customers and investors.
What you will be responsible for
As a Client Service employee, you will:
- act as the central point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring they receive the best possible service across departments
- actively maintain and expand client relationships in collaboration with other departments
- act as a liaison between clients and departments, facilitating communication and resolving any issues
- identify and escalate service or quality issues, and coordinate with internal teams to find solutions
- identify and initiate opportunities for standardization and digitalization
- ensure compliance with contractual agreements, such as service contracts
- independently prepare, moderate, and follow up on regular client meetings
- regularly review and ensure the overall quality of service and performance, as well as adherence to internal and external KPIs
- support project work and business analysis as part of requirements management
- act as a point of contact and coordinator for internal and external inquiries
- participate in local and international projects, and potentially lead them
- support and represent segment leaders when needed
