Job DescriptionJob Summary
The Registered Nurse will ensure that the health care needs of all clients are met. The Registered Nurse will ensure that staff is trained in assisted living procedures and policies which are current and up to date.
Responsibilities and Duties

Manage the Assisted Living services that are provided including completing essential paperwork and complying with state regulations.
Overseeing coordination of resident's health, wellness needs and ancillary services.
Medication program management and completion of assessments and individual service plans.
Assessing, implementing, planning, or evaluating patient nursing care plans by working with healthcare team members.
Modifying patient health treatment plans as indicated by patient conditions and responses.
Direct and assists with resident, family/significant other education.
Direct and supervise nurse assistants and nurse aides.
Research ways to improve healthcare processes and improve patient outcomes.

Other Specialized Knowledge and Abilities

Possess a sensitivity and aptitude for working with the elderly and vulnerable adults.
Possess leadership/supervisory skills.
Must be able to prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently.
Able to work irregular hours, occasional weekends, and evenings.

Qualifications and Skills

Must be registered and licensed with the State of Minnesota as a Registered Nurse and must maintain a current and unrestricted licensure.
Must have a valid driver's license.
At least 3 years' experience in related field.

Job Types: Full time, Part time
Available Shift: 8am-4pm
Pay: $ $40.00 per hour
