Description
Serves as the GEC Evaluation Coordinator with authority to conduct or oversee the conduct of monitoring and evaluation of GEC activities.
Coordinates monitoring and evaluation activities with department officials in compliance with 18 FAM 300.Leads/conducts comprehensive evaluations of the GEC activities to ensure strategic integration with departmental and partner actions; develops strategic plans and associated documentation; and, assures compliance with requirements and policies.
Represents the GEC in internal Department initiatives related to strategy and policy formulation; liaises with Department stakeholders that have intersecting equities with the GEC mission.
Keeps abreast of trends and developments in research, analysis, and strategy formulation related to programmatic design and implementation; identifies best practices that enhance GEC or departmental planning efforts; and leads their implementation.
