Prepare a wide variety of Mediterranean dishes, maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Work closely with our kitchen team to execute recipes and maintain consistency in flavors.
Handle chopping, cutting, and prepping various ingredients to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Adhere to food safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely food preparation and service during busy hours.

What We're Looking For:

Passion for food and a keen interest in Mediterranean cuisine.
Previous experience in a kitchen or food prep role is a plus but not required - we're willing to train the right candidate
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
