Juicekeys is a locally owned fast-casual restaurant and health boutique that is very proud of the unique and organic menu we offer. At Juicekeys, we put a major focus on the employee experience.
We are looking for a back of house team member who wants to work in a high energy, fast paced environment. We specifically seek out those who can work in a team environment, have a great attitude, a desire to grow and create a product that brings joy to our customers.
As a kitchen assistant manager, you will work alongside other team members to create our products and prep for future orders, along with maintaining cleanliness in conjunction with health codes. You will oversee back of house training for the store and work closely with the store operator and assistant customer expert to create employee & store growth plans. Flexible hours We differ from similar establishments by closing at 6:00 pm each night and are here no later than 7:00 pm most nights. Closed on Thanksgiving & Christmas. We are also closed EVERY SUNDAY
Working side by side with our Store Operator Work with the Store Operator and People & Culture Specialist on a 90-day onboarding programs where we create goals to improve overall experiences, skills and career growth. We also have a detailed 10-day training program to set you up for success so you can feel comfortable and confident in your position.

Job Details:
Own & Deliver on all *Leadership* procedures:
+ Ownership of the Day
+ Shift organization
+ Culture maintenance
+ Communication up & down chain of command
+ Problem solves all issues that may arise during the shift
+ Ensure behavioral standards are met by all team members
+ Hold monthly meetings with all BOH staff members
+ Execute the *Approved Marketing Plan* each month from the store *ACE*
+ Head trainer for BOH employees
+ Check off BOH level *Hard Skills* for all new or promoted employees
+ Helping with, providing feedback on, and performing scheduling and inventory duties as needed
+ Attend bi-weekly meetings with Assistant Customer Expert & Store Operator
+ Own and deliver on all tasks set forth by the *Store Operator*
+ Communicate need to knows up & down the chain of command
Own & Deliver on all *Training* procedures:
+ Coaching & correcting team members
+ Teach & train team members on all existing and newly implemented systems
+ Ensure all back of house staff is following procedures and systems, providing feedback and coaching team members to perform at their best - and up to company standard

+ Be the direct line of communication with FOH during your shift to ensure organization
