Join our team at Lidl in Moss Beach, CA as a branch manager Every day, you'll bring energy to the store and ensure customer satisfaction.

You'll keep an eye on the numbers and have an open ear for feedback. Leading with confidence, you'll take charge and go above and beyond to drive your branch, team, and yourself forward.


Your responsibilities:

  • Support the branch manager in all aspects of leading, organizing, and motivating a team of 2040 employees
  • Optimize processes behind the scenes and also work handson on the sales floor
  • Manage inventory and represent the branch manager in their absence
  • Work with your team to ensure the implementation of our branch concepts, maintain a clean store, and provide a great shopping experience for our customers

Your profile:

  • Experience in retail or a similar industry with previous leadership experience in a similar role
  • Team player with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to inspire and motivate employees
  • Decisiveness and resultsoriented mindset
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts

Your benefits:
