Looking for an awesome bubbly highly organization MAVEN Sales Administrative Coordinator to work directly with a very driven, highly ambitious, extremely demanding, execution driven, and loving CEO.

Tasks:
This role is in the Life Insurance Industry.
The
Sales Administrative Coordinator will directly support the functionality of sales initiatives and client interfacing needed to help clients get the life insurance they need and help get families protected.
This person will manage deal flow from the Carrier placement, illustration software, CRM input, lead flow, Processing of deals, Closing of deals, and making sure commissions are paid on all deals.

Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience working as a highlevel administrative assistant at the executive level
- Provide highlevel administrative support to the CEO
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
- Conduct research and compile data for various projects and reports
- Assist in project coordination and followup on action items
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Proofread documents for grammar, spelling, and formatting errors
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
- Assist with phone systems and handle incoming calls
- Proven experience as a high end facilitating admin assistant or similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners) and software (e.g., DocuSign)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
