We are currently seeking a dedicated team member (m/f/d) to join our IT Workplace Support team in Kassel at Bogus Hill. As part of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality IT support and ensuring a smooth working environment for our internal employees.

Your Responsibilities

Timely processing of IT requests and incident reports from our internal employees.
Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues for end users within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Configuring and installing hardware components and software applications.
Effective communication with our internal customers regarding the status and resolution of requests and issues.
Building and maintaining relationships with colleagues throughout the company, strengthening the IT service management function in collaboration with colleagues to implement and promote service delivery principles (Service Request Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management).
Maintaining support documentation and creating user guides.
Continuously improving and ensuring consistent implementation of internal ITIL processes and principles for excellent service to end users and stakeholders.

Your Profile

Completed education in the IT field, such as IT specialist for system integration, or other relevant education or equivalent professional experience.
Experience in 1st/2nd line support.
