Job Overview:
A Community Based Counseling and Therapeutic Services agency is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our office operations and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.
This is a part-time position with opportunities for growth and development.Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Maintain and update computerized filing systems
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
- Assist with various administrative tasks as assigned
Skills:
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in event planning is a plus
- Ability to quickly learn and navigate computerized systems
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or dental receptionist is preferred
