    The Laborer position is responsible for operating equipment, loading, un-loading and moving tires within the Silver Lining Tire Recycling facility


    Job Details:

    What you'll do:

    • Unload scrap from Passenger, Commercial Trailers, and Straight Trucks;
    • Load scrap van trailers with commercial blowouts and OTR Scrap
    • Cart high tread tires to air checker or used tires to dock for delivery;
    • Assist loading used tires that were purchased for delivery to customers;
    • Bag and palletize rubber mulch;
    • De-bead and de-rim truck tires;
    • Remove rims on passenger tires using tire machine;
    • Operate tire recycling equipment
    • Clean shop and parking lot;
    • Maintains an organized and safe work environment
    • Other duties as assigned by manager Requirements: 18 years old
    • A valid driver's license is required for this position
    • High school diploma or GED is helpful
    • Ability to lift an object weighing up to 75 pounds
    • Varying work hours, Mon-Sat, some overtime may be required. Workshop environment, with heavy physical requirements and long periods of standing.
