Description
At the earliest possible date, we are looking for you as a HR Operations Payroll Clerk (m/f/d) for Deutsche Bahn AG at our location in Essen.
Your tasks:
  • You will handle the operational, administrative personnel processes of the Personnel Services department with a focus on HR payroll
  • You will also be responsible for timely and high-quality data maintenance of relevant personnel systems in your area of responsibility
  • You will be responsible for checking the completeness and accuracy of documents, clarifying incomplete orders, and entering incoming orders into the order management system and categorizing them by priority
  • You will check and evaluate data from personnel systems and independently clarify implausible situations
  • In addition, you will provide competent advice and support to customers regarding DB personnel services and products
  • You will perform manual calculations, check payroll and create reports using SV-Net
  • You will independently handle necessary clarifications and correspondence with customers, as well as external institutions and authorities such as employment agencies, offices, and health insurance companies
  • You will also be responsible for continuously optimizing and developing work processes within HR payroll
Your profile:
  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship and have several years of experience in payroll
  • You have sound knowledge of income tax and social security law, as well as experience in applying
