Are you passionate about building brands and relationships? Do you love to laugh and have a good time? We're looking for a Sales Representative to be the heart of Chuckle Rum in the Houston Market.
In this role, you will be responsible for generating excitement about this new fun brand, increasing on and off premise sales and building cohesive relationships with local businesses and retailers to drive optimal performance.
Primary Responsibilities
- Plan and execute sales strategy for assigned territory, achieve volume, distribution, and profit goals.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships at all levels to maximize opportunities for expanded sales execution throughout Key 100 Accounts
- Train, coach, and provide regular feedback to teams.
- Work closely and strategically with marketing team to increase awareness, drive sales; and ensure brand is programmed and executed with all stakeholders.
- Lead meaningful and impactful consumer interaction that drives local market buzz, including sampling programs, experiential marketing activations and press events.
- Report to internal stakeholders on topics including, but not limited to: brand performance, market trends, competitive activity, and special projects/events.
- Establish and maintain a regular weekly schedule of account appointments, including sales calls, workwiths and distributor meetings.
- Regularly attend selected promotional events to oversee, assist, and evaluate the quality of the promotion.
Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales experience with a proven track record of success.
- Knowledge of the beverage alcohol industry, distributor operations & sales.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills.
- Strong customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must reside priority market.
- Valid driver's license with access to reliable transportation.
- Ability to work occasional weekends and evenings as needed.
- Up to 25% overnight travel may be required.
- Must be at least 21 years old to apply.
- Ensure all sales efforts comply with state laws.
Pay:
$55, $65,000.00 per year
