Sales Manager (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

Building and leading your own sales unit (mainly employed agents working in our insurance agencies in car dealerships)
Expanding the sales organization
Training and mentoring employed and selfemployed agents as well as apprentices
Organizing sales foundations through expansion and establishment of car dealership agencies
Organizing and managing new business
Maintaining and expanding the portfolios of subordinate salespeople and car dealership agencies
Providing productrelated and sales support to the subordinate organization as well as onsite training

Your profile:

Completed training as an insurance specialist / insurance and finance clerk (m/f/d)
Experience in field sales
Leadership experience in sales
Knowledge and interest in the automotive industry
High motivation and initiative
