Description
Meaningful work - these challenges await you

As a civil servant in the general enforcement service, you ensure that prisoners adhere to strict rules of coexistence and are resocialized, meaning that they lead a life without crime in social responsibility after serving their sentence. You structure their day, support them in sports, provide care for their health, participate in evaluations, and motivate prisoners to achieve their individual goals. You talk, listen, and help with personal matters. In close cooperation with specialist services, you ensure that prisoners live together responsibly and orderly during their sentence. You work regularly in shift duty (early, late, and night shifts) as well as on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. In return, you have days off during the week and can rely on a crisis-proof job in the state administration. Hiring is possible at any time - even before the start of training.
