APPLICATION SOFTWARE SUPPORT - HELP DESK

Responsibilities:


  • Logs all customer inquiries including cause and resolution into the eticket support database.
  • Research, respond, document, and track issues to ensure timely resolution.
  • Schedules & conducts online training classes on proprietary software for endusers.
  • Assists with onboarding of new customers.
  • Brainstorms with the software support team to come up with ideas to resolve problems to better serve the customer and/or improve productivity.
  • Confirms customer understanding of the solution and provide additional customer education as needed.
  • Recommends and records repeated issues with staff and management for future reference, training and knowledgebase articles.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma with 13 years' experience in
    software support or customer service
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in a helpdesk setting preferred.
  • Outstanding problemsolving skills with results driven mentality.
  • Passion for working with customers with proactive and positive attitude.
  • Excellent oral, written and listening communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management and decisionmaking skills
  • Must be comfortable working in a fastpaced environment.
  • Detailoriented with the ability to work under aggressive timelines with limited supervision.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Customer service focus with experience actively listening, eliciting information, comprehending customer issues/needs, and recommending solutions.
