Position Type:
Seasonal & Part-time (25hrs/wk June - Aug & Sep - March 10-15hrs/wk)


Pay Range:
$20/hr - $22/hr


About The Position:

The statewide Camp Registrar is an essential team member supporting The Trustees summer camps.

As Registrar, they collaborate with the Director of Learning and Camp Directors to implement all tasks related to camp registration, form collection, scholarship processing, and reporting.

The Registrar also collaborates with Trustees Membership and Finance teams on accurate processing and accounting of memberships and revenue. The Registrar takes the lead on innovating our use of CampBrain to best suit the organization's evolving needs.


The Registrar will begin in June as summer camp gets underway working an average of 25 hours/week through early September, and an average of 10-15/hours per week from late September through March.


  • Support propertybased camp teams with registration needs such as but not limited to managing waitlists, session changes, refunds, cancellations.
  • Maintain camp management software (CampBrain) and field questions on camp family accounts.
  • Build, maintain, and produce statewide camp reports and manage data collection.
  • Take lead on inquiries and innovations with use of CampBrain to meet our growing needs.
  • Be a liaison with the Accounting team to ensure accurate finance records.
  • Be a liaison with the Membership team to ensure proper membership processing.
  • Coordinate parent communications across all camps as it relates to submitting required forms, feedback surveys, and other camp communications.
  • Collect, organize, and assess parent feedback.
  • Work on the annual setup of online camp registration across camps ensuring consistency.
  • Assist in use and reporting of CampBrain's Conference Center module that The Trustees uses for scheduling, invoicing, and tracking group visits.

The Camp Registrar role requires:

  • Ability to quickly learn and master the camp management software (CampBrain) used for registration, and camper records and customer lead management.
  • Proven computer proficiency with Office365, registration/ticketingprograms, Excel, and database systems.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Demonstrated ability to problem solve and think strategically.
  • Attention to detailwith outstanding organizational skills, and good follow through.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with mínimal supervision.
  • Ability to maintain positive and professional relationships with staff and camper families.
  • 13 years of relevant experience
