We are currently seeking a
Staffing Coordinator (m/f/d) for our internal company expansion in Fairmount, IN.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Supporting employees in ongoing assignments
  • Scheduling employee shifts
  • Managing and coordinating the entire recruiting process
  • Developing strategies for candidate acquisition
  • Scheduling and conducting interviews
  • Creating profiles for applicants
  • Conducting personnel needs analyses
  • Planning, scheduling, and conducting job fairs and information sessions with our partners
  • Establishing and strengthening sustainable relationships with employment agencies, job centers, and training institutes

Ideally, you bring the following qualifications:

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or degree with a focus on human resources
  • Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or personnel services is preferred
  • Experience working with the Federal Employment Agency is a plus
  • Handson mentality and sales affinity
  • Excellent people skills
  • Teamwork, loyalty, and integrity
  • Aboveaverage level of commitment and selfmotivation
  • Strong communication skills and a professional appearance
  • Creativity and resourcefulness in approaching and recruiting new employees
