Major Responsibilities:


  • Assist with NJRs digital marketing transformation efforts through widescale adoption of SMC. Develop trustbased relationships with key stakeholders to provide strategy, testing, deployment and campaign guidance to meet their goals.
  • Perform testing to ensure identical rendering across browsers and devices.
  • Ensure all creative work is aligned with brand, legal guidelines, and proof for quality assurance.
  • Collaborate on strategic initiatives, presenting solutions and innovative ideas in the ongoing development of emarketing/communication programs.
  • Upload required data using SMC Template Converter (Macro), including ongoing implementation and maintenance.
  • Work with business units and IT to ensure successful upload of specialized target groups and thirdparty segmentation attributes.
  • Monitor SMC segmentation, targeting and campaign deployment activities including edge system integrations to ensure system functionality and performance.
  • Remain fully informed on market trends, research and implement best practices.
  • Cross train Sr. Marketing Analyst for support.

Position Specifications:


  • Bachelors degree in relevant field (Communications, Graphic Design, Marketing), or equivalent experience required
  • 12 years experience utilizing Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator or Canva
  • Ability to execute new etemplates that are fresh, "outofthebox," and unique while still adhering to overarching brand standards
  • Thorough understanding of electronic communications best practices and optimization of techniques to achieve high customer engagement
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time under tight deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detailoriented with an eye for consistency and accuracy
  • Selfstarter and selfmotivated, requiring mínimal daytoday supervision
