Description

The Schwarz Campus Service department provides services related to the construction and management of properties, their furnishings, rental, and operation. They are also responsible for organizing and hosting events, including providing event spaces and marketing them. Our technical facility management department operates all technical systems, such as electrical systems, HVAC systems, and building automation systems, including building management technology. This includes tasks such as troubleshooting, repairs, maintenance, and renovation projects, as well as managing external service providers, experts, and planners.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the maintenance, maintenance, modernization, care, and monitoring of state-of-the-art building automation systems
You oversee our building management technology
You manage the interfaces to BACnet, KNX, DALI, etc.
You maintain documentation in the field of building automation in the facility management system
You are also responsible for operational tasks in technical facility management, including operation, troubleshooting, first, second, and third-level support
